Who We Are

B&B operates through two closely aligned entities that share leadership, standards, and a unified approach to quality and safety.

B&B Designed Systems, Inc., based in Orbisonia, Pennsylvania, serves as the primary organization supporting design build electrical services, automation, and systems integration across a wide range of industrial and commercial environments.

B&B Electrical Systems, LLC, based in Clear Brook, Virginia, operates as a regional electrical contractor serving clients throughout Virginia and surrounding areas.

Together, these organizations function as one team. Projects are approached with the same level of technical rigor, coordination, and accountability regardless of location.

B&B is led by an experienced team with deep roots in the electrical and industrial construction industry.

  • Gary McDonald

    President

    Gary began his career as an electrician in 1989 and has since held numerous roles throughout the electrical construction industry. His extensive background includes field installation, field supervision, project management, estimating, and business development. He joined our team in July 2014 as a Project Manager. In 2016, Gary was promoted to Regional Vice President of B&B Electrical Systems LLC, and he became a partner in January 2021. A key contributor to B&B’s ongoing success, Gary brings exceptional expertise to our electrical design/build capabilities. Throughout his 37-plus years of experience, he has led complex design/build projects across a wide range of industries, serving many industrial clients.

  • Anne McDonald

    Secretary / Treasurer

    Anne brings to B&B a strong background in residential and commercial property management, with experience spanning leasing and tenant relations, maintenance and operations, and financial management. Her expertise, combined with her knowledge of legal and compliance matters, provides a valuable and wellrounded perspective that strengthens the company’s overall business strategy.

  • Dana Fleck

    Office Manager

    Dana joined the team after receiving a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University. She is the Office Manager and leads all aspects of accounting for the company. She is involved in many aspects of the company. Dana has been an important part of the B&B team since 1998.

  • Fredric Love

    Systems Engineer / Project Manager

    Fred attended the Engineering School at Penn State University and is a native of Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. As a Systems Engineer, he brings extensive expertise in systems integration and has significant experience of troubleshooting process issues for many of our industrial clients. Since joining B&B in 1998, Fred has accumulated more than 40 years of industry experience. He also serves as a Project Manager, providing substantial value to B&B’s ability to deliver comprehensive electrical design/build projects.

  • Jeffrey Young

    Project Manager & Estimator

    Jeff grew up in New Jersey learning electrical contracting from a business started by his grandfather. Jeff began working with his dad at the family business from the time he was 10 years old. He learned the electrical trades and code requirements at ages unheard of for most. He owned an electrical contracting business in upstate NY for 20 years before joining B&B as Project Manager and Estimator in 2015. He has well over 30 years of industry experience holding Master Electrician licenses in PA and NY and has led countless electrical design/build projects.

  • Mark Trautman

    Project Manager

    Mark brings more than 30 years of experience as a tradesman, with a background spanning the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fields. He is a licensed Master HVACR contractor in the state of New Jersey and has spent 15 years working as a project manager. In addition, Mark is a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, the Air National Guard, and the Navy Reserve.

  • Scott Gingell

    Project Manager

    Scott began his career in the electrical trade in 2003 and has built more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the electrical construction industry. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive knowledge of electrical code requirements and has successfully estimated and led projects across a wide range of industrial and commercial sectors.

    Originally from Maryland, Scott relocated to West Virginia in 2010 and has continued to expand his professional reach throughout the region. Since joining B&B as a Project Manager in November 2017, he has successfully overseen complex projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and delivering high-quality results.

    Scott holds Master Electrician licenses in West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, and Kentucky.

  • Kyler Mealey

    Project Manager

    Kyler began his career in the electrical field in 2017 and later spent a few years in IT before returning to the industry. He joined B&B Electrical Systems in early 2024 as an Estimator and quickly expanded his role to support project management. Since January 2026, he has served as a Project Manager, coordinating commercial and industrial projects from estimating through execution. Kyler brings strong technical knowledge and a collaborative approach, working closely with our team, clients, and subcontractors to help projects run smoothly. He continues to learn and grow in his role, contributing to the ongoing success of the B&B team.

  • Patrick Maricle

    Electrical Estimator

    Patrick grew up in Front Royal, Virginia, and began his career in the electrical construction industry in the late 1990s. He has worked as an electrical estimator for nearly 30 years. Patrick joined the B&B team in October 2018.

  • Charles Biles

    Electrical Estimator

    Born and raised in Mount Union, Pennsylvania, Chuck graduated as one of the top students from Williamsport Area Community College with a degree in Electrical Occupations. He has served as an estimator with B&B since 1989, successfully estimating tens of millions of dollars in projects for the company. Chuck has contributed to projects across a broad range of industries and is consistently recognized for his meticulous attention to detail and precision in his estimating work.

  • Andrew Corle

    Superintendent

    Beginning his career as an electrician, Andrew progressed through the roles of Supervisor and Foreman before assuming his current leadership position. Bringing 18 years of experience in industrial electrical construction and 15 years of dedicated service to the company. A licensed Master Electrician, Andrew specializes in electrical installations for food production and the natural gas industries, managing complex projects with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. With a combination of hands-on expertise and strong leadership, he ensures projects are executed seamlessly while upholding the highest standards of performance and professionalism.

  • Mindy Robinson

    Administrative Assistant

    Mindy was raised in Huntingdon County, not far from our office in Orbisonia, Pennsylvania. After earning her Associate’s Degree in Computer Management from DuBois Business College, she joined the company in 2006. As the Administrative Assistant for B&B, Mindy plays an essential role in estimating, payroll, field scheduling, and safety. She is also the primary point of contact for callers and is often the first voice representing the company.

  • Alyssa McDonald

    Administrative Assistant

    Alyssa joined B&B in 2024 after taking time away from her career in the medical field to be a stay-at-home mother. With her sons now in school, she has quickly become an integral part of the company. Alyssa is versatile in handling a wide range of daily tasks and is always willing to support multiple departments as needed.
