With three offices - in Shade Gap (main office), Bedford, and the York area, B&B Designed Systems, Inc. is well on its way to becoming a major player in the electrical contracting arena. Established on October 27, 1987, we provide electrical engineering, automation systems engineering, and installation. B&B Designed Systems also provides contracting and service to regional businesses.

As a regional business with 50 employees, B&B Designed Systems, Inc. covers central Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia. Our skills and expertise have enabled us to work with most major industries in the Bedford area, including JLG, Cannondale, JW Rex, Defiance Metals, and Kennametal to name a few.

Future growth in the Central Pennsylvania area looks good. The construction industry is growing at about 5% per year and industrials are continuing to upgrade and expand. We have doubled our sales each year for the last two years and we expect a 25% increase this year.

At B&B Designed Systems, Inc., we help our industrial customers become more productive through the use of automation. We also help to make their workplace safer by making shutoffs automatic. Our design department can also reduce costs since we work everyday with these projects in many different industries. Being exposed to many different situations for enhancements and changes enables B&B Designed Systems, Inc. to apply our knowledge and experience across industries, which in turn helps you.
